WTJHS Archives Review:
Members’ Consultation
This will be a special all-members meeting to discuss possible ways, means, and methods to re-organize the WTJHS Archives (objects, books, paper and digital formats). Let’s take advantage of the current and known trends in future technologies to make the information in our Archives more accessible to our members and the public. Please come and get engaged in this important effort to ensure the future relevance and accessibility of the West Toronto Junction Historical Society’s legacy.
Please note the time changes:
• The Archives will open at 6:00 pm
• Set up and Social Time – 6:30 pm
• Announcements and Presentation – 7:00 pm
• Business Meeting – 8:00 pm
And, Speaking of Archives (not a WTJHS event, but timely):
Join the WTJHS members for our annual night of celebration and good cheer! This year we will be meeting at our regular venue, the Annette Public Library. We will be previewing the video from the August 2017 Event “Walk the 6 West: History on the Humber,” and we are planning other fun events for the evening! Include this event on your holiday schedule.
