In 2007 her book Canadians at Table won the Cuisine Canada and University of Guelph Culinary Book Gold Award. Nothing More Comforting, Dorothy’s first book for Dundurn, was published in 2003 to wide acclaim.  Dorothy always brings some authentic culinary samples for her audiences.

John McKenty is the author of Canada Cycle & Motor: The CCM Story which traces the history of this iconic Canadian company from its founding in 1899 to defend Canada’s bicycle industry against the invasion of American competition until its eventual demise in 1983.  The company was pivotal in the revival of Junction fortunes at the turn of the century.   More info at VintageCCM
