The WTJHS 2022 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for May 5, 2022 on Zoom at 7 PM.  The AGM will report on our 2021 activities and propose the budget for 2022.

In preparation for the AGM, this is a Call for Nominations for any of the six elected Officer positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Corresponding Secretary and Recording Secretary).  At present, the Nominating Committee is looking for people to fill the following positions: Treasurer and web/media coordinator (including MailChimp distribution).  There may be other positions needed as well so please consider putting your name forward. Everyone is welcome to attend our AGM on May 5.  Only 2022 members and life members are entitled to vote at the AGM.  

The following will be posted to wtjhs.ca by late April: 

• the 2021 WTJHS Annual Report, including minutes of the 2021 AGM, the 2021 financial statements and reports on activities during 2021
• the Nominating Committee’s slate of candidates for election to the six officer positions 
• the proposed budget for 2022

The Zoom invitation also will be posted on wtjhs.ca at the end of April and included in a reminder email shortly before the May 5 AGM.
