The Society’s 2021 Annual General Meeting will convene by Zoom videoconference (telephone access available for those without internet access) at 7 pm on Thursday, November 4, 2021. Please review our Annual Report in advance and ‘bring’ it to the meeting on November 4th. Only paid-up members are entitled to vote at the AGM but other interested people are welcome to participate in the Zoom meeting. If you have not renewed your membership for 2021, please renew through wtjhs.ca or by cheque ($35 for individual, $40 for family) payable to WTJHS at 145 Annette Street, Toronto ON M6P 1P3. New members are welcome. The proposed agenda and additional material for the AGM will be posted by late October at wtjhs.ca, along with the Zoom invitation and instructions to join the meeting online or by telephone.
